Nice size and tidy hotel, location was absolutely perfect near to hill since last visit. We had smooth check in and the rooms were newly furnished with a great view.
Its breakfast definitely should be included in the price.

We had a fantastic stay overall, can recommend. Friendly location, reasonably spacious property, exceptionally comfortable beds. Savoury breakfast options and exceptionally good view. Its pool was great, we chilled out there when it was very good outside.

I had a good stay. Polite staff, great service, particularly nice views. Rooms were recently refurbished and newly renovated. Breakfast was tasty, a lot of tasty food. I loved the unbeatable location, within 15 minutes ride to Blackpool International airport.

I loved every detail about my very lovely stay here during 2 nights. The bed was comfy and it was great having an iron, an electronic key card and television. The restaurant was PLEASANT and served tasty food. I used private parking on site.

Everything in the hotel was perfect, the place was fairly clean. Lovely room and lovely view. Service was nice as we had expected. Nice building and pleasant location. The restaurant was amazing and food was fab!
